The Neena crewelwork cushion in red and cream is a sensational piece of home decor, featuring beautiful vivid flowers that don't need watering and will stay bright all year round. This pretty cushion offers a vibrant, yet simultaneously delicate front design, with red and brown crewelwork on a rich cream cotton background.Crewelwork is an ancient embroidery technique that has been used through the ages, even on the famous Bayeux tapestry. It works well in both modern and traditional homes. The branching design spreads out across the front of the cushion and depicts various flowers in different stages of growth, from bud right through to bloom. The cushion is teamed up with a matching cream cotton and linen reverse, then generously stuffed with a soft duck feather inner for maximum comfort. Measuring 43 by 43cm, this is a generously sized cushion, which would be ideal in a room with darker coloured furniture.
